BBA BCT© Ultra

Door intrusion bars and A-Pillar fastening points use of high clamping classes is necessary. The BCT Ultra was created to ensure thread tightness and resistance of the counter head when it is necessary to use 12.9 tightening classes.
Advantages
- Higher torque capabilities allow higher preload forces.
- 40% larger bulge diameter on the material reducing warping and bending on the profile.
- BCT© products do not rely on the sheet material to deform reducing the impact on the sheet material.
Material
Steel and Aluminum

BBA BCT© Multigrip

BCT Multigrip can be used to compensate for the inaccuracy of thicknesses, typical of castings. Often one has to cope with the reduction in the number of threaded inserts installed on a single component.
Advantages
- Multigrip BCT© cover a wider variety of thicknesses than a standard product (M6 Multigrip=0.5-6.0, standard M6= 0.5-3.0.
- One installation tool with a single setting force can be used regardless of the material thickness.
Material
Standard Steel, High tensile steel, Standard Aluminum, High Tensile Aluminum, 304 Stainless (A2) and 316 Stainless (A4).

BBA BCT© Multigrip

The BCT© Multigrip provides a grip range of almost 3 times a standard rivet nut. Thanks to the controlled deformation of the bulge the BCT© are ideal for application on thin materials or brittle and soft materials like plastic, rubber, composites.
Advantages
- Compatible in applications with high variance in sheet thickness.
- Use across multiple applications.
- BCT© products do not rely on the sheet material to deform reducing cracks and damage to a brittle material.
Material
Standard Steel, High tensile steel, Standard Aluminum, High Tensile Aluminum, 304 Stainless (A2) and 316 Stainless (A4).
